Style of Delivery
Invicta IT can offer three different operating models to meet client’s specific needs:
| Invicta Managed Assignments |
Invicta IT provides the project leader/manager for the assignment and manages the project through formal monthly or weekly meetings. |
| Client Managed Assignments |
The client retains day to day control of an Invicta IT project team. Invicta IT’s role is to ensure the member of staff understands and meets the client’s requirement. |
| Shared Management |
The management of the project is shared in some manner between Invicta IT and the client. For instance, Invicta IT may take responsibility for resource management issues, with the client focusing on technical delivery. |
| Hardware Disposal |
Invicta IT offer quick, secure disposal of hardware equipment in compliance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC. Invicta IT are also partnered with a number of charities who can distribute securely formatted machines throughout the Third World.
